A simple but tasty meal.
Standard Serving:

person
- 1.00 potato(es)
- 2.00 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- tinfoil
- sour cream & chives or butter & cheese
- Preheat over to 375F (190C).
- Rinse off the potato.
- Puncture the potato 3 or 4 times with a fork.
- Place the potato on a sheet of tinfoil and pour on olive oil.
- Evenly coat the potato in the oil and add salt and pepper.
- Wrap the potato in the tinfoil.
- Once the over is preheated, place the potato in the oven (use a baking tray if you are concerned about the oil leaking).
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream & chives or butter & cheese.
