Baked Potatos

A simple but tasty meal.

Standard Serving: 1 person
  • 1.00 potato(es)
  • 2.00 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • tinfoil
  • sour cream & chives or butter & cheese
  1. Preheat over to 375F (190C).
  2. Rinse off the potato.
  3. Puncture the potato 3 or 4 times with a fork.
  4. Place the potato on a sheet of tinfoil and pour on olive oil.
  5. Evenly coat the potato in the oil and add salt and pepper.
  6. Wrap the potato in the tinfoil.
  7. Once the over is preheated, place the potato in the oven (use a baking tray if you are concerned about the oil leaking).
  8. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  9. Serve with sour cream & chives or butter & cheese.
