A simple but delicious casserole.

- 1.00 Lbs Ground Beef
- 1.50 cups Pasta Sauce
- 1.00 Medium Sized Onion, chopped or diced
- Some Garlic, for flavour
- 6.00 Servings of Pasta
- 3.00 Cups of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt and Pepper
- Begin cooking the noodles
- In a large pot or sauce pan, begin browning the hamburger (season to taste) and onions, adding the garlic when the hamburger is almost done
- Drain off the excess fat
- Return to pot and add pasta sauce, salt, and pepper
- Reduce heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally
- When the noodles are done, drain and add to the pot with the sauce and hamburger
- Stir and fold until the noodles are coated (with the sauce)
- Add shredded cheese
- Turn-off or reduce heat more, and cover the casserole until cheese is melted
- Serve
