Simple Mac N' Cheese

A simple mac n' cheese recipe. Replace 1/2 of the cheese with mozzarella for additional flavour.

Standard Serving: 3 people
  • 1.00 cup macaroni
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 2.00 cup milk
  • 2.00 cup cheddar cheese
  • A dash of salt and pepper for flavour
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook the macaroni for 8 minutes.
  2. In another saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Once the butter is melted, stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once the flour is mixed well with the butter, begin to slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously. Continue mixing until smooth and bubbling.
  5. Add in the cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Finally add the sauce to the macaroni and server
