A simple mac n' cheese recipe. Replace 1/2 of the cheese with mozzarella for additional flavour.

- 1.50 cup macaroni
- 0.25 cup butter
- 0.25 cup flour
- 2.00 cup milk
- 225.00 grams cheddar cheese
- A dash of salt and pepper for flavour
- Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook the macaroni for 8 minutes.
- In another saucepan melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted, stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Once the flour is mixed well with the butter, begin to slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously. Continue mixing until smooth and bubbling.
- Add in the cheese and stir until melted.
- Finally add the sauce to the macaroni and server
